TIM GAMMONS

BIO

Pastor Tim Gammons is the senior pastor of Woodland Baptist Church. On March 24, 1979, as a sixteen year old boy, Pastor Gammons made a decision that would prove to be a turning point for the rest of his life. He realized his need for salvation and trusted Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior. After answering the call to the ministry at age eighteen, his first pastorate was at Walter’s Grove Baptist Church in Denton, NC. On July 1, 1997, Pastor Gammons followed God’s leading and began his ministry at Woodland Baptist Church. Pastor Gammons is married to Sandy Gammons. God has blessed them with two daughters, a son, a daughter in law, a son in law, and three grandchildren.

MARK LEONE

ASSISTANT PASTOR

BIO

Brother Mark Leone is the Assistant Pastor at Woodland Baptist Church. He was born and raised in California. He graduated from Golden State Baptist College. He has served as an assistant pastor at a church in California and Iowa. In November 2018 Mark became the Assistant Pastor here at Woodland Baptist Church. He is married and has two children-Mason and Brooke.

JONATHAN BREWSTER

YOUTH PASTOR

BIO

Brother Jonathan Brewster serves as the Youth Pastor at Woodland Baptist Church. Born and raised in Pilot Mountain, North Carolina. He accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior on May 11, 2017, at the age of 19.Before joining Woodland Baptist Church, Brother Jonathan faithfully served for five years as the assistant pastor and youth Pastor at a church in another part of the state. In March 2024, the Lord led him and his family to begin a new chapter at Woodland.He is blessed with his wife, Christianna and their two children, Weslynn and Baylor. Brother Jonathan has a heart for reaching young people with the gospel and helping them grow in their walk with Christ.
