Visiting a new church for the very first time can be a tough experience. Your first visit to Woodland Baptist will be refreshing and enjoyable for your entire family. Our main worship services are Sunday mornings at 10:30 and Sunday evenings at 6:00.

How do I get to Woodland Baptist?

What can I expect on my first visit?

You can't miss our new church campus at 1175 Bethania Rural Hall Rd. You will drive through the new round about into the main entrance of our campus. As you enter the main lobby one of our hospitality greeters will meet you and direct you to the right classes and services. They can also answer any questions you may have.

Most adults attend a worship service where they enjoy the beautiful and inspiring music of the choir, soloists, and quartets. The music is followed by a challenging Bible message from Pastor Gammons. The message you hear will help you grow as a believer and have victory in your daily walk with Christ. Also at 9:30 there are Bible study classes for every age group. Each of these classes focus on bringing to life the truths of God's word. These classes are smaller group settings where you will meet new people and build lasting friendships.

Where do I take my children?

Starting with excellent nurseries, there is something special for children of every age. At every service there are safe, clean, and highly staffed nurseries for children three years old and under. For the infants, mothers will receive a pager so that nursery attendants can easily contact you if there is a need.

We would like to help you find the appropiate nurseries, classes, and services for every person in your family. Our greeters and ushers are located in the lobby of the main worship center and will gladly help direct and even escort you to the right place.

Who is Pastor Tim Gammons?

Rev. Tim Gammons has been the pastor of Woodland Baptist since 1999. Pastor Gammons trusted Christ as his personal Saviour as a 16 year old boy, and accepted the call to the ministry at age 18. His heart and passion for God are evident in his desire to introduce others to Christ. He loves his church and has a passion for people and desires to see them grow in their relationship with Christ. Under Pastor Gammons' leadership, God has blessed Woodland Baptist with a beautiful new campus for ministry. Today the church occupies forty-six acres of land and has just completed a brand new worship center and Christian school. Pastor Gammons is also the founder of Woodland Baptist Bible College.
